How much is your fee?
1.5% of the sale price plus VAT, paid only on completion. Lettings are one month's rent.
Can foreigners buy property in Mauritius?
Yes, in approved schemes and for apartments above certain floors, from about USD 375,000. We'll tell you which homes qualify.
How long does a sale take?
Our homes sell in 34 days on average, and the notary usually completes six to eight weeks after that.
Do you manage rentals?
Yes: finding tenants, contracts, rent collection and repairs, from 8% of the monthly rent.
